Notice to residents

Street trees: our canopy, our rule.

No street-side trees — the mahogany, oak, or black olive trees that line the streets of Maplewood Isle and form the canopy — may be removed or trimmed without consent of the Landscaping Committee.

If a street-side tree must be removed, the homeowner is required to replace the tree with a like tree in both size and species. Any removal or trimming of street-side trees must be performed by a certified arborist.

Welcome home

A quiet, mature community worth keeping that way.

Whether you're a longtime resident, a new owner, or a prospective buyer — everything we do is in service of the neighborhood our founders planted in 1978.
