No street-side trees — the mahogany, oak, or black olive trees that line the streets of Maplewood Isle and form the canopy — may be removed or trimmed without consent of the Landscaping Committee.
If a street-side tree must be removed, the homeowner is required to replace the tree with a like tree in both size and species. Any removal or trimming of street-side trees must be performed by a certified arborist.
